Payment for the overnight weekend covers lodging on Friday and Saturday nights, meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (2), and all materials. Dinner is not provided Friday night. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée. Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so to secure your seats please pay when you complete your registration.
If your reservation is not paid in full, it will automatically be cancelled and will require resubmission. If you request a cancellation more than 4 weeks before your scheduled weekend, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $25 administrative processing fee. Cancellations within 4 weeks of your scheduled weekend will incur a $150 cancellation fee to cover our non-refundable expenses.
