Reservation Policies

Overnight retreat: Payment for the overnight weekend covers lodging on Friday and Saturday nights, meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (2), and all materials. Dinner is not provided Friday night. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée.

If you request a cancellation more than 4 weeks before your scheduled weekend, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $25 administrative processing fee. Cancellations within 4 weeks of your scheduled weekend will incur a $150 cancellation fee to cover our non-refundable expenses.

Commuter retreat: Payment for the commuter retreat weekends covers all 3 meals on Saturday and 2 meals on Sunday as well as all materials. Overnight accommodations are not provided.
